I really enjoy these yoga classes. It's perfect for beginners and medium level learners. Catherine is a nice and friendly person so it is a pleasure to chat with her and other people who attend the class. Candle lit relaxation is a nice addition and it helps to forget about daily issues and focus on your inner voice.

I've been taking weekly Pilates classes with Cat since Jan 2019 - I just LOVE them and find them very beneficial. Cat is an excellent teacher. She issues her plan/focus for each class in advance and gives background as to which muscles / parts of the body she intends to focus on. She gives very clear instructions during the class. She challenges us - but never over-does it. And, very importantly, we always have a laugh along the way. An added bonus is that I've met some lovely new people from the area.

I had a serious of yoga sessions with Cat, and I have to say she is brilliant. She really knows how to loosen your back, and her classes are always a lot of fun. I get stiff working at a desk all day, but after going to a few of her classes, I have to say I feel great. Her classes are competitively priced, and I would have no hesitation in recommended her to people I know. if you're stiff and looking to get flexible again.....going to Cat is a great start to loosen up.

About us

My name is Catherine, or in short Cat, which is appropriate as I love cats, I have 2! I am originally from France, but I have been living in Ireland for 18 years.
My journey with yoga started around 15 years ago. I noticed right away the benefits to my health. I saw a vast improvement on my breathing, which helped me overcome a mild form of asthma.
I spent 20 years in the corporate world, having studied Business and Marketing, working in Finance, Consulting, Sales/Marketing.
I saw the opportunity to train as a yoga teacher as a path for self improvement and to help others. I started training in 2013 graduated in 2015.
After an interesting and busy career working for companies, I am now self-employed. I use my business experience to work as a marketing/export consultant and I teach yoga. Having both gives me balance and fulfillment.
Outside of work, I practice yoga and meditation to keep myself fit and grounded.Β
